Is this a cashless event?
Yes this event is fully cashless.
Can I buy tickets at the gate?
No, tickets are online only via TicketPro. There is also a TicketPro Desk inside the Emperors Palace complex at the entrance from the Parkade to the main building.
What’s included in the ticket?
Free tasting glass + unlimited wine tastings. See packages on the TicketPro website.
Where do we park?
Drive through the Emperors Palace tollgate, go straight, following the signs for the Red Roman Shed. Follow the signs through to the Parkade (undercover parking), this is the best and closest place to park. The parkade is fully secure.
Can I bring Children?
Children under the age of 18 may attend the event at no charge. There will be cold drinks, water and food on sale. There will also be a play area for younger children with a jumping castle.
Can I bring Pets?
Strictly no pets allowed with the exception of clearly marked service dogs.
Can I bring my own Food or Drinks?
No external food or drinks may be brought into the festival,
Will there only be Wine on sale?
There will be a full bar available as well as soft drinks.
What happens if it rains?
The Red Roman Shed is an indoor venue and the new outside area is now also covered.
Will there be seating?
There will be ample seating, both indoor and outdoor seating.
Can I buy Wine to drink on the day and take home?
Yes, wine is sold by the bottle for consumption on site and a limited amount of bottles and cases will be available for purchase immediately.
Can I buy Wine on the day for delivery afterwards?
Yes, in cases of 6 only.
